Are you a Christian leader? Vose Leadership is here to support you in your ministry and life, making sure that theological education doesn't end when you earn your degree. It is attached to Vose Seminary and jointly funded by the the Baptist Churches of WA and Churches of Christ in WA.

Vose Leadership offers:

• An offer to journey with pastors throughout their ministry, providing professional development opportunities, peer group support, mentoring, coaching and supervision
• A consultancy service for local churches
• The MA(Min) programme through Vose Seminary - a specially tailored professional development degree that helps those in pastoral ministry to enhance their skills and to grapple with the issues facing pastors today

As the centre grows, it is anticipated that it will also support the professional development of those in ministry related professions such as leaders in Christian schools, welfare and mission agencies.

Monica O'Neil is the director of Vose Leadership. She has considerable experience and expertise in staff development and training.
